HRIS Sync

You can easily add your companies employees to Topicflow by setting up a synchronization with your HRIS (human resources information system) or user directory. Topicflow supports a multitude of external user systems, and setup can be completed quickly. Some of the systems we integrate with:

Once an external user system has been connected to Topicflow and all existing users have been synchronized, new users will continously be activated in Topicflow and employees who leave the company will be deactivated. The following user information will be synchronized from the external system to Topicflow:

• Name
• Email
• Job Title
• Job Title
• Manager
• Department
• Status (Active/Inactive)
